Tipping Point – Artist Responses to AI
// Overview
The Brief
Seven resident artists, seven videos to document the use of AI in their practices. Culminating with an art exhibition, the videos follow the artist’s journey that led to this point in their career. Following a similar stylistic thread across the videos, we interviewed each artist and documented their experience during the exhibition.
The Approach
We documented ourselves on each artist’s exhibition and practice to make sure we understood what was required to capture. The production included:
- Creative Strategy and Pre-production: Discuss with the client a creative approach that could fit within the wider context of the exhibition. Work with them on the questions to ask during the interviews
- Filming: A tight schedule of filming has been implemented. Interviews and b-rolls of the exhibition have been captured
- Post-Production: We delivered seven consistently branded videos with subtitles to comply with the publication requirements of the University media platform.
The Outcome
The videos have been showcased in the University media platform and on social media. The videos have been used at public events to showcase the client’s activities.
