We deployed two staff to capture the talks, the b-rolls and the interviews as well as the photographer. The creative director coordinated the team across multiple tasks. The production included:
- Creative Strategy and Pre-production: We liaised with the client and their team to be perfectly prepared and fit within their challenging schedule
- Filming: With a mix of high-end interviews, action shots and b-rolls, our team operated within the very tight schedule and different locations within the building being as discreet as possible to not interfere with the flow of the event
- Post-Production: We produced one 3.5 minutes-long highlights video complemented with subtitles.
