We provided full AV support and video production for this two-day Edinburgh conference, delivering 13 high-quality videos featuring keynote speakers like Mark Beaumont and various panel talks. The Brief

Produce videos for the keynote speakers and panel talks from this two-day event in Edinburgh. Show the speaker and the slides/videos used on a split-screen layout. Consistent integration of the videos with the event and the client’s branding. Provide AV service during the event. This included sound engineering and visual direction.

  • Objectives: Produce videos of the talks to be used as digital content for the client’s platform
  • Audience: Prospect and existing partners, sponsors, industry experts, and company directors
  • Challenge: Consistently film a variety of talks and panel discussions over two days. Capture the screen content to minimise post-production time and remain within budget

The Approach

We approached this production as a high-end conference-type work, providing video production and AV services. The production included:

  • Creative Strategy and Pre-production: We familiarised ourselves with the event schedule and liaised with the client and the AV team to capture all the content effectively and minimise editing time.
  • Filming: We mainly used one static camera on a tripod and recorded the audio and screen directly from the feeds provided by the AV team
  • Post-Production: We delivered 13 videos in HD 1080p format

The Outcome

The videos we delivered have been used by the client as digital content for their online platform.
