LEAD Scotland 2024 Event Highlights
We teamed up with the event’s AV crew to deliver a high-quality highlights video and live stream on a limited budget. The final video successfully captured the event’s energy, helping the client reach a wider audience and drive new registrations.

The Brief
Every year, the client hires Video Production Edinburgh to produce a highlights video for this corporate event/conference in Scotland. We work closely with the AV team to make sure the event runs smoothly, and it is serviced at a high level of production.
The Approach
Our team blended with the AV team and provided a cost-effective highlights video which encapsulated all the key messages the client required. The production included:
- Creative Strategy and Pre-production: We liaised with the client and the AV company to coordinate our presence and activity during the event
- Filming: Our team provided videography and live streaming of the event. Static and roaming cameras have been utilised
- Post-Production: In a short turnaround, we produced this highlights video, which has been used on the client’s website and on their social media platforms.
The Outcome
The video has managed to reach a wider audience of candidates for this fellowship programme, increasing the interest around the client’s offers and consequent registrations.
